RAC Projects Group, LLC, doing business as RAC Projects AI (“RAC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates www.racprojects.ai. This policy explains the information we collect through the site, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.
Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us, request a meeting, complete a Fit Check, or otherwise submit a form. Depending on the form, this may include your name, work email, telephone number, company name, meeting preferences, and information about your business or operational needs.
Our hosting, security, and form providers may also receive limited technical information when you use the site, such as your IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages requested, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your inquiry or request;
- schedule, prepare for, and follow up on a requested meeting;
- provide a Fit Check or other service you request;
- operate, secure, and improve our website and services; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not use the site to sell personal information or to run a third-party advertising marketplace.
Service Providers and Disclosures
We use service providers to operate the site and deliver requested services. These may include website hosting and security providers, GoHighLevel-powered contact and booking forms and ReadyLink for the AIOS Fit Check. Those providers may process information on our behalf to provide their services.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, a successor in connection with a business transaction, or governmental authorities when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect RAC, our users, or others. We do not sell or rent personal information to data brokers or third-party marketing companies.
Cookies and Embedded Services
The RAC website does not use advertising tags or Google Analytics. Our hosting, security, booking, and form providers may use cookies or similar technologies for security, fraud prevention, or operation of their services. Their information practices are governed by their own privacy policies.
Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not a uniform technical standard, and we do not currently respond to them as a separate signal.
Retention and Security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to you, provide requested services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate business records. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your Choices and Requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and our legitimate recordkeeping needs. You may also opt out of non-essential communications at any time. To make a request, email us at privacy@racprojects.ai.
Children's Privacy
Our site and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can address the request.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our practices or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above.
