These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.racprojects.ai (the “Site”), operated by RAC Projects Group, LLC, doing business as RAC Projects AI (“RAC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These terms apply to the Site only. Any Blueprint, Build, advisory, implementation, or other professional services RAC provides are governed by the separate written agreement for those services. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the service agreement controls for the contracted services.

Business Use and Eligibility

The Site is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

Permitted Use

You may use the Site for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not interfere with the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or related systems, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest information through automated means without permission, impersonate another person, or use the Site in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

We may restrict or suspend access to protect the Site, RAC, our service providers, or other users, or in response to a violation of these terms.

Information You Submit

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit through a contact form, booking flow, Fit Check, or other Site feature is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive information unless RAC has expressly agreed in writing to receive it through that channel.

Our collection and handling of personal information through the Site are described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original text, designs, graphics, logos, frameworks, downloads, and other content are owned by RAC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. RAC and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted.

You may view, download, or print Site content for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of RAC's services. You may not copy, modify, republish, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission. RAC's name, marks, and branding may not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation without permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may link to or embed third-party services, including contact, scheduling, and assessment tools. RAC does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

No Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAC disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RAC does not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAC and the people working on its behalf will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Liability relating to contracted professional services is governed by the applicable written service agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute concerning the Site or these terms that is not governed by a separate written agreement will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Ohio, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Changes and Severability

We may update these terms as the Site or applicable requirements change. Revised terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
